Rocks glass | shake until chilled | crushed ice | mint sprig garnish
*Jasper's Basic Stock
2 cups (16 ounces) fresh lime juice 1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) white sugar 1 ounce Angostura Bitters 1 heaping teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg Press and strain lime juice. Add sugar to lime juice and stir until dissolved. Then add Angostura Bitters and nutmeg and stir until dissolved. Pour into an empty bottle of Rum Fire.
